[Kamailio-Users] Send MaxCallDuration and UserCredit for freeradius-cdrtool

Here is an already patched version:
http://frad-cdrtool.sourceforge.net/rlm_digest.c
You should replace your rlm_digest.c with this one and recompile the server.
