do you mean introduction of a dedicated algorithm to select first 
destination always (what we have discussed in a separate thread)? If 
yes, the answer is no.

I had no time to invest in it and is also kind of new request, perhaps 
worth to include it in 1.4.0 once fixed in trunk.
