[Serusers] installing CDRTool on Freebsd

As CDRTool is python based, just verify that you have python installed  
on your FreeBSD. If you want to use the radius client, install the  
radius-client libraries (you can find them in the ports tree or  
package).

Both mysql and apache configs should be exactly the same for every OS.
