There isn't any way to do that from the script. No other way actually, 
apart from changing the authorization rules at the presentity.
Unless you want to do what OpenXCAP does when a user blocks another 
user, update the document in xcap table with rule deny all and send mi 
commnad refreshWatchers to the presence server.
