[OpenSER-Users] CANCEL not always beeing relayed

Hi Tobias,

First of all be sure that there was a reply for the INVITE - otherwise 
openser will not send the CANCEL (according to RFC3261).

Just post the trace and logs somewhere and I could take a look at.
