[Serusers] Is ser-oob.cfg compatible with 2.0 rc1?

Can you please also post the line in question? There is two versions of
ser-oob.cfg (one for 2.0 and one for CVS head aka 2.1). Both seem not to
have anything offending at line 143 from what I can see.
