Hi Dian,

does ldd /usr/local/lib/openser/modules/ldap.so shows any problems? It seems 
to be a common problem with this library, e.g. 
http://www.google.de/search?q=ber_sockbuf_io_debug&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Perhaps there is a version mismatch with the ldap and lber libraries?
