[OpenSER-Users] ERROR: Error opening OpenSER's FIFO /tmp/openser_fifo

hi all

 i am trying to add a  module pua  to Openser using loadmodule "pua.so" in
openser.cfg
 i am geting some errors
like this
[root at info ~]# *openserctl moni*
database engine 'MYSQL' loaded
Control engine 'FIFO' loaded
ERROR: Error opening OpenSER's FIFO /tmp/openser_fifo
ERROR: Make sure you have line 'fifo=/tmp/openser_fifo' in your config

please help me regarding this
