[OpenSER-Users] Strange REGISTER problem

Hi,

I use wireshark to debug this problem and found out that when connecting to
Openser using public IP, the 200 OK message is displayed as "Fragmented IP
protocol (proto=UDP 0x11, off=0)".  Does anyone know what that means?

How can I fix this problem?
