[OpenSER-Users] how to implement handoff?

hi
i want to implement soft handoff using SIP, so please give me some
information regarding it.
And also  i dont know how to use openSER and how to register it!
i am trying to do register by kphone but registration failed.
so please give me some information regarding this problems.
