[OpenSER-Users] OpenSER: Table "subscriber", only one new user can be added?

I guess you have installed serweb tables as well. If you have installed
serweb tables there is a setting in /etc/openser/openserctlrc which you
have to set to 1 (something like USE_SERWEB)
