[Serusers] UDP to TCP using SER (as conversion purpose), need ser.cfg example

Hi

anyone can help mi with SIP (Linux) UDP -> TCP conversion and vice versa 
using SER? i am having too large UDP SIP packets fragmented. it there 
any other free source out there that can do such conversion?
