[Kamailio-Users] Configuring Kamailio with Asterisk gateways

If you want to use Asterisk only as Gateway, then the realtime 
integration is not necessary. Gateway support is included in the 
configuration wizard from sipwise.com. I suggeste to start with such a 
config.
