IMO this would be interesting:
  - query time statistics
  - DNS/ENUM response codes:
     - server failure
     - NXDOMAIN
     - no NAPTR records
     - NAPTR records found, but service not matched
     - NAPTR records found, service matched but regexp failed

It would be cool if these statistics would be "per ENUM tree", but I 
think this will get complicated
