you are right

not really, actually there were 2 decisions:
1. local route: see the discussion on the devel list - developers were 
unable to solve the issue. The board decided. The decision was made 
public shortly afterwards.
2. name change: finding a new name in the public is not possible because 
as soon someone suggests a good name, somebody else will grad the 
domains. Thus the new name was chosen (all board members agreed), the 
domains were ordered and the name change was made public.

In my opinion Henning did a quite good job for openser

Sometimes it is better stop talking

If you have to correct statements endlessly then sometimes you get tired 
and just go on with work
