OpenSIPS have already released their 1.4.0, question is what
differences are going to be in Kamailio 1.4.0 from OpenSIPS?.  Also
OpenSER 1.3.0 was codenamed "BlackCat" what is our Kamailio 1.4.0
going to be named???
