[OpenSER-Users] Usrloc lookup ad parallel forking

Tnx, I'd like to allow it only for certain users.

I see in 1.3 roadmap that it will be possibile to store some extra flags 
for users that would be optimal for my solution, but do you have an idea 
on how to do it in openser 1.2 ?
