[Serusers] fixup_hostport2proxy

Hmm.. I'm guessing you are missing the hostname "localhost" in
/etc/hosts on your machine.. 

It should look like : 
127.0.0.1               localhost.localdomain localhost

Try to do ping localhost, it "should" return 127.0.0.1
