[Serusers] What are the possible HFNAME values in hf selects in ser rel_2_0_0?

I think @hf_value.p_asserted_identity would select the 
P-Asserted-Identity header if it is present in the original message that 
was received. If you just inserted it before calling the select, you 
will not see it, see the other thread ("textops module - are the 
inserted hfs visible after insertion in the same route block?").
