[Serusers] Rfc 3327 path

Hi Stefan,
The Path header is quite easy to implement as uri variables using the 
new 2.0 select/avp frameworks.  It can also be implemented in 0.9.x in a 
similar way, but using a module called avpops.
SER does not have a 1.1 version. As you can see on 
http://iptel.org/downloads, the latest released version is 0.9.x, while 
2.0 is the upcoming release. I really recommend using 2.0, as it has 
proven stable and has been commercially deployed. It will be released as 
soon as docs are more in place.
