[Serusers] latest cvs ser 0.10.99 - module version mismatch

One just has to remember that ALL executions of make calculates the 
target set of modules. Thus, make proper will not clean all modules, 
just the standard set. make group_include="groups-to-include" proper 
will do the trick.
