[Serusers] New version of SER with presence support

I'm sorry to say that I didn't do any big tests; I only tried "old good
clients" kphone and old EyeBeam and one newer - XLite 3.0. There can be
problems with XCAP (these clients can use other filenames than we) -
these problems are planned to be generaly solved, but there is no time
to do it reliably before Ottendorf will be released.
