[Users] mi_xmlrpc - versions of dependancies for - libxml, libxmlrpc-c3, libxmlrpc-c3-dev

I have been trying to make mi_xmlrpc (from cvs head). 
I am running Fedora Core 3 - gcc version 3.4.4 

I get the following error:

what versions of 
      libxml
      libxmlrpc-c3
      libxmlrpc-c3-dev
did you use to successfully compile?
