sip scenario and tcpdump is also must.

I would also add sipspy 
(http://www.wesip.com/mediawiki/index.php/SipSpy) spyAgent, as this 
allows to easily visualise what is going on, which is important 
especially for beginners - its like realtime sip scenario.
