[Serusers] ser command fails

Thanks,
 object files successfully created but ser command now found. Moreso, it 
prompted that i could use sudo apt-get install.

if i do so, there might be conflict i think. besides when i did sudo.... 
before now, it appeared the server was running but no call went through.

What could be wrong?

The program 'ser' is currently not installed.  You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install ser
Make sure you have the 'universe' component enabled
