[Serusers] Regarding SNMP and Statistics in SER

SNMP module is long time dead (no maintainer). ser_ctl moni should give 
you basic statistics, and you can pull out data from the xmlrpc 
interface, but there is no snmp module for ser.
Nobody has volunteered to contribute one...
There's one for openser, you might want to adapt it to ser (and maybe 
contribute it ;-)
