[OpenSER-Users] Notify behaviour?

Hello,

Yes, it is normal behavior. When receiving a Subscribe request the 
presence server is forced to send a Notify immediately.  And if it does 
not have any stored info for that resource, it sends a Notify with no 
body , Content-Length: 0 and no Content-Type header.
