[Serusers] SER MySQL Support

Thanks for that hint. I installed mysql-devel now and I've got the
libmysqlclient.so - file now.

Unfortunately when I start SER I still get an error that is much alike
the error I got without the .so-file:

dell:/usr/local/sbin # ./ser
 0(5804) ERROR: load_module: could not open module
</usr/local/lib/ser/modules/mysql.so>: libmysqlclient.so.12: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
 0(5804) parse error (18,13-14): failed to load module
ERROR: bad config file (1 errors)
