[Serusers] Difference between subscription handed by rls and pa

Hi,
pa module handles subscriptions to a single user known by ser. I think
that subscriber table is no longer used - am I mystified? There can be
users defined in "uri" table (uri -> uid translation) - I think that
this is replacement for subscriber.

Table "rls_subscription" is used to backup existing subscriptions to RLS
module (i.e. to lists of resources). From there are read data on startup
to recovery them.
