[Serusers] About the accounting problem

Dear All
        I don't know that is anyone have the same problem.
        The sipua calls to the pstn user through the cisco voice gateway,
        then if the pstn user ends the session, the radius log will not to log the acct_stop_time until the sipua handup
        could anyone help
