[Serusers] prevent a dialled username without dialling the domain to ring a phone registered with that username

How can I prevent a dialled username (without dialling the domain) to 
ring a phone registered with that username?
I pretend to use a multi-domain architecture where apart from aliases of 
users, only dialling with username at domain will ring registered phones.
