[Users] The correct hardware request

Hello,

Debian is the main OS used in development, but you can use what flavor 
of linux you like more. As for hardware requirements, if it is a demo 
platform, then you will need about 40MB of memory in the default 
configuration.  You can decrease the amount of the memory via -m 
parameter or recompilation of OpenSER.

The CPU is not a major requirement if you are going to run the openser 
with just couple of calls per second.
