[Serusers] How to use domain module without database or with radius???

Hi Greger,
If I can not use domain with radius then what is the alternative way of the
two checks which has been performed by domain module is_from_local() and
is_uri_host_local()
Also, few posts mention that mediaproxy module has dependencies on domain
module.
Please suggest something

AFAIK, domain module cannot be used with radius.
