[Users] openser TLS error problem

Hello,

I have an Openser server with TLS support running ok. However, when a UA 
client tries to register with it, it gives off this error:

7(63031) tls_accept: Error in SSL:
 7(63031) tls_error: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong 
version number

I ran SSLDUMP and got these logs:
