[Serusers] 2 clients behind the same NAT

You haven't specified what version you've been using.
The solution is described in my document here 
http://www.iptel.org/ser/howtos/optimizing_the_use_of_rtp_proxy
and it's for the newest realese called Ottendorf. It wouldn't work for 
releases 0.9.6 and lower.
