[Users] T.38 together with OpenSER+RTPProxy and OpenPBX not working

Hi Olle,

nothing additional is required .... RTPproxy forwards the media as a 
binary stream without looking into....so, it can be RTP or UDPTL or 
whatever...blind relaying is done..
