[Users] Messege is too big Error Code 513

The error comes from configuration file, at the beginning of main route, 
you have something like:

    if (msg:len >=  2048 ) {
        sl_send_reply("513", "Message too big");
        exit;
    };

Change the 2048 to a higher value. In Linux can be up to 2^16-1.
