[Serusers] serctl, mysql and presence snapshot

You have two options:
*upgrade to a newer mysql client (5.x)
*modify the password format in the server. I don't remember exactly
the syntax but it was something like OLD_PASSWORD("password")....look
for it in www.mysql.org and you'll find how to downgrade the password
format.
