[Serusers] alias problem

Hi all...

I'm new to SER.

I installed SER 0.8.2 and ser-mysql and i'm trying to add an alias to a user
using serctl. It shows the 200OK message and it also adds the alias into the
mysql alias table. The problem is that after short time, the alias table is
empty and I can't call the user using the alias.

I need to add the alias to call a softphone from a hardphone.

Do you have any idea? Thanx...
