[Serusers] ser: cannot call behind a Nat using rtpproxy

Try to remove this condition if you have it in your ser.cfg
uri=~"[@:](192\.168\.|10\.|172\.(1[6-9]|2[0-9]|3[0-1])\.)"

if it does not help .  send all your ser.cfg to the list
