[Serusers] Snom doubling INVITE timer

First I'd like to say a HUGE thanks to Klaus Darilion for some help with
setting the INVITE timer based on a DB value. I made a few modifications to
the code in the discussion we had and I now have a way for users to set their
INVITE timer with values stored in the DB. 

However, this allowed me to test things a little better with my Snom phone,
and for some reason, all calls to my Snom phones double the INVITE timer
values. If the timer is set to 5 seconds, calls to all other UAs fail over to
voicemail in 5 seconds.  Calls to Snom phones fail over in 10 seconds.  If the
timer is set to 10 seconds, calls to Snom phones fail over in 20 seconds. 

Anyone have any idea why this would occur and only occur to one particular UA?
I'm completely stumped.
