[Serusers] unable to start SER

Hi,

May  8 22:57:13 crm /usr/local/sbin/ser[23549]: Maxfwd module- initializing

is not an error per se. Dont worry about it. Try configuring your SER
according to gettingstarted document and it will go away.

Anyway, Im not sure on how to do a proper accounting or VM on SER. All
I know is that you can implement VM either on SER directly or on
Asterisk. And as for accounting you can use SER directly.

Getting started doc will not describe you on how to implement VM or
accounting. You have to find other sources (I dont know which one's
exactly :( )
