[Serusers] Problem starting SER with Presence support

Hi,
to the XCAP directories you should set permissions to be
readable/writeable for web server. For example I have created them as
user www-data.

With the sample upload script are directories for users created
implicitly when uploading documents there. You don't need to create them
explicitly.

If you want to subscribe to a resource list, you need to create
correspondent document (rls-services or resource list for user).
