[Serusers] Problem starting SER with Presence support

First get the presence user guide from www.iptel.org/ser/presence and 
change your cfg file.  Your cfg file must load the pa module, plus some 
other modules.

I encourage you to spend some time researching this on your own.  It 
will take some effort to get an experimental module up and running.
