[Serusers] SER as statefull

I need SER as a statefull proxy, I'm saving accounting by a radius but I'm 
taking problems to identified which is caller and calling....
To SER, user agent first hung up is a calling , but it is incorrect...
Another problem, is with prepaid clients and the h323-credit-time. SER can't 
hung up de call when time allowed is ended...

Is a solution a b2bua ?
Which is the best b2bua ?

Somebody can help me with this ?
