I see now in the log:
Mar 17 15:18:30 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[25947]: Unknown domain - message should be forwarded?
Mar 17 15:18:30 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[25946]: to: sip:3229%40test-domain.com at 10.100.100.15 from: sip:3229%40test-domain.com at 10.100.100.15
I guess I shouldn't add @test-domain.com to the user on client. It adds the server IP as domain already ?
So, maybe I should add "test-domain.com" to my hosts file (on client) ?

You can use xlog - something like:
xlog("L_ERR", "to: %tu from: %fu\n");
And you can catch messages using ngrep or ethereal...
