[Serusers] Problem starting SER with Presence support

Presence server is much more than just sending messages. Even w/o
presence support SER can proxy text messages and proxy SUBSCRIBEs and
NOTIFYs... The difference is that w/o presence, all the subscription
creations, terminations as well as maintenance (not mentioning the
maintenance of your contact list!!) has to be done at the client-side
(your SIP phone that is), which introduces lots of inconveniences and
redundant presence-related message exchanges. With presence support,
the whole presence thing becomes centralized, which is very
convenient. That's all
