Hi Roger,
As far as I know, if you restart SER, it willnot affect the calls that's
going over the rtpproxy. The reason why this is like this, is that the
calls passing over RTPproxy is passing over a seperate server.
To add new users to the subscriber table, you would not need to restart
SER.
and if you are thinking of Aliases, insert them via fifo, that way, they
will be put into ser's memory, and all is good :-)
