[Users] voice in one way

Hi,
  Recently, some of our users experienced that there is only one way
communication after the call is made.  That's you can hear my words
but I can't hear yours.  Does it related to NAT?  I want to ask what
will cause such situation.  Any clue for solving/debuging this
situation?
