[Users] Does CDRTool support SIP REFER?

Hi All,

I'm curious if anyone knows if CDRTool can properly
handle call transfers made with SIP REFER and bill the
referrer accordingly?

On a related question, can CDRTool handle "302 Moved
Temporarily" call forwarding?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
